Fraud check

Holding an offer letter with our name on it?

Fake offer letters are the most common scam in overseas recruitment. Enter your passport number and the reference printed on your letter — if we issued it, you get a certificate you can print and show your family.

Why Next Wave

More control at every stage of international hiring

Our delivery model combines local sourcing teams with central compliance oversight, so speed never comes at the expense of documentation or candidate care.

01

One accountable team

One delivery lead coordinates sourcing, selection, medicals, documentation, visa processing and travel.

02

Evidence-led screening

Identity, employment history, licences and trade performance are checked before a candidate enters your final shortlist.

03

Transparent reporting

You receive practical status updates, exception alerts and a complete worker file before mobilisation.

04

Responsible recruitment

Candidates receive clear role information and consistent contract terms throughout the international hiring process.

The mobilisation pipeline

Requisition to airport, in about thirty-one days

Every stage produces a document. Every document lands in your compliance file. Nothing moves to the next stage until the last one closes — which is why our median is measured in days, not seasons.

Read the full process
  1. Requisition & job order

Headcount, trade grades, responsibilities and destination requirements are confirmed in writing before recruitment begins.

  2. Sourcing & shortlist

Our origin offices pull from standing trade registries — not walk-ins — and return a longlist within eight working days.

  3. Trade test & interview

Practical testing at our centres, video-recorded. You interview by panel or video link and reject freely.

  4. Medical & documentation

GAMCA/GCC medicals, PCC, attestation and contract signing in the worker's own language.

  5. Visa & emigration clearance

Embassy attestation, visa stamping and emigration clearance filed by our licensed processing desk.

  6. Orientation & mobilisation

Pre-departure briefing on rights, contract terms and site conduct — then ticketing and arrival handover.

Why employers stay

One coordinated international hiring process.

We connect sourcing, assessment, documentation, relocation preparation and post-arrival support so Schengen employers and international candidates always know what happens next.

  • ILO-aligned. Fee structure follows ILO General Principles on Fair Recruitment.
  • Contract parity. The contract signed at origin is the contract enforced at destination. No substitution.
  • Documented grievances. Any deployed worker can raise a case with us directly for the life of the contract.
  • Placement follow-up. Structured employer and candidate check-ins during the probation period.

Frequently asked questions

What employers usually ask before the first requisition

Need an answer specific to a country, role or project schedule? Our mobilisation team will map it with you.

Ask our team
How quickly can you provide a shortlist?

For established trades and source corridors, an initial screened shortlist is normally prepared within eight working days after the signed job order and final role profile are received.

Can recruitment be delivered in phases?

Yes. Large requirements are commonly mobilised in agreed tranches so accommodation, induction capacity and site access remain manageable.

How do you check technical ability?

Assessment combines experience verification, role-specific practical testing and employer interview. Test evidence can be shared with your selection team.

What happens if a worker does not pass probation?

Skill- or conduct-related failures within the agreed guarantee period are handled through our replacement process, subject to the placement terms.

Which countries do you recruit from?

We work through an international sourcing network and select recruitment markets according to each Dutch employer's role, skills and documentation requirements.
